What will you do:

We are hiring experienced infrastructure management professionals for our Fortune 200 company’s MEA Regional Headquarter project:

• Manage the decoration process and infrastructure operation and maintenance post-completion of the RHQ.
• Oversee the entire decoration process, including project timelines, supplier bidding, zone layout finalization, procurement, contractor coordination, construction monitoring, and regulatory communication.
• Plan infrastructure zone opening, conduct trial operations, adjustments, and formal handover.

What will you have:

• 10+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in construction, interior design, or related fields.
• Experience in managing office and retail decoration projects; familiarity with local building codes in KSA is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills—scheduling, budgeting, resource management.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
