AtkinsRéalis CS&A capability in the Middle East, are seeking a Regional Capability Lead - Digital Consulting to drive growth of our digital transformation services to clients, bringing together our existing digital capabilities in capital projects, infrastructure, and the built environment.


This role will blend strategic vision, technical expertise, and operational leadership to scale client partnerships and consulting excellence. Focusing on data intelligence, advanced technology solutions, data and governance strategies, cyber resilience, and digital advantage to support organizations’ digital transformations. Through enabling organizations to unlock the value of data, develop and implement high-quality technologies, and transform their digital enterprise, we strive to provide successful end-to-end delivery across our client’s asset lifecycles.


The Regional Capability Lead - Digital Consulting will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business goals and meets the requirements of our markets and clients.


Drawing on AtkinsRéalis' rich heritage and global presence, you will work at the forefront of digital consulting, using your leadership, partnership building, and expertise in digital and data to position the company as a leader in transforming the future of infrastructure, urbanization, and the built environment.


Role and Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:


  • Establish and execute a strategic vision for Digital Consulting in alignment with AtkinsRéalis' regional and market goals for revenue, margin and resources.


  • Provide strategic direction from a Digital Consulting perspective into the development and implementation of business planning - short, medium and long-term.


  • Lead by example and demonstrate critical behaviours for success: accountability, inspiration, collaboration, inclusivity and integrity.


  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled consultants to deliver impactful results.


  • Management of resource requirements within the Digital Consulting community, providing leadership in recruitment, retention and performance.


  • Drive innovation for our clients, embedding advanced and innovative digital consulting solutions.


Client Relationships:


  • Support business (Markets) in ‘Client Value Proposition’ workshops & strategy development to align services with client needs


  • Stakeholder engagement as trusted advisor for digital transformation journeys.


  • Develop long-term client engagement strategies focused on solving client needs and delivering measurable value-driven solutions.


Thought Leadership:


  • Position AtkinsRéalis as a global thought leader in digital transformation consulting through publications, industry events, and professional networks.


  • Represent AtkinsRéalis at high-profile international forums, conferences, and initiatives tied to technology innovation in infrastructure and the built environment.


Operational Excellence:


  • Oversee, ensure and inspire best in class delivery of Digital Consulting scoped projects.


  • Establishment and implementation of the best tools, techniques and approaches across Digital Consulting to ensure standards of excellence are above and beyond.


  • Enable business (Markets) to leverage our digital technology, skills and capabilities.


  • Oversee successful delivery of digital transformations projects within agreed quality, budgets and timelines.


  • Drive the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, processes, and methodologies for robust digital consulting execution.


  • Establishment and implementation of the best tools, techniques and approaches across Digital Consulting to ensure standards of excellence are above and beyond.


Skills and Requirements:


The Regional Capability Lead – Digital Consulting will have strong skills in enabling people, business management, digital technical capability, and vision & strategy to develop and drive new concepts and solutions for AtkinsRéalis across our Middle East business.


As such the role requires:


  • Extensive experience in Digital Consulting and Solutions – incl. but not limited to advanced digital technologies (e.g. IoT, AI, big Data, Digital Twin, VR/AR/MR/XR, Blockchain) and business platforms and processes


  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, data analytics, business intelligence, digital construction, digital twin and digital transformation.


  • Track record in proposition development, team building, and account management


  • Experienced in successful client and stakeholder engagement – incl. business development


  • Engaged and driven individual


  • Drives innovation through collaboration


  • Identified as a regional leader / SME within the Digital industry


  • Background in Consultancy services


  • Minimum 15 years’ experience


  • Degree qualified.

  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation, with experience in implementing such solutions as IM, Digital Twins, geospatial intelligence and data-driven technologies


  • Understanding of construction, urban planning, and infrastructure development industries

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing, consultancy teams


  • Ability to inspire and engage teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment


Business Development Excellence:


  • A demonstrable history of identifying and securing new opportunities, growing consulting services, and driving business expansion in the digital transformation space


Project Delivery:


  • Comprehensive experience delivering complex consulting projects across infrastructure, urbanization, and construction sectors, ensuring measurable impact and value


Market Influence:


  • A recognized presence in the industry, with contributions to thought leadership, client advisory, and innovation in digital transformation within the built environment


Digital Expertise:


  • Extended knowledge in digital solutions such as; Building Information Modeling (BIM), Digital Twins, geospatial intelligence, data visualization, AI, digital workflows etc.


  • Skilled at integrating digital strategies into operational and business transformation processes


Strategic Vision:


  • Exceptional ability to create and execute strategic digital transformation agendas tailored to diverse client needs


Leadership & Communication:


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building trust and credibility with stakeholders – from clients and suppliers to internal teams and executives


  • Proven ability to manage high-impact, cross-disciplinary teams toward shared business objectives
