Overview

We are seeking a Refinery, Petrochemicals Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist to join the LTC Program Development.

This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies for integrated refinery and petrochemical complexes, focusing on production, shipping, and supply of refined products, chemical liquids, and solids (polymers).

Key Responsibilities

1. Review plans and deliverables for new projects to ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and industry codes related to supply chain management and logistics.
2. Participate in prefeasibility, feasibility, pre-FEED, and FEED phases for refinery and petrochemical projects, including EPC studies.
3. Develop, review, and analyze engineering documents related to supply chain and logistics, such as marine terminals, pipelines, rail systems, storage tanks, warehouses, and packaging facilities.
4. Negotiate and develop agreements with third parties, including MOUs, supply agreements, and joint development agreements for supply chain systems.
5. Conduct market studies to understand supply and demand for products from the facilities.
6. Collect and interpret data to determine supply chain KPIs.
7. Lead and implement work processes and management systems to improve operations.
8. Identify, assess, and optimize material flow and risk trade-offs across the supply chain.
9. Lead the development of supply chain strategies, including market analysis, segmentation, and sourcing decisions.
10. Test supply chain scenarios through simulation modeling.
11. Develop project timelines and coordinate with contractors for successful project completion.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering from an accredited program; advanced degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry.
• Knowledge of refining and petrochemical processes and associated supply chain systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in participating in project studies and EPC phases for refinery and petrochemical projects.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and project development for third-party business models such as BOO and BOOT.
• Knowledge of market supply and demand for refined and petrochemical products and their international destinations.
