Responsibilities
- Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: The Recruitment Supervisor will manage all phases of the recruitment process, from crafting job postings to onboarding new hires, for diverse client groups. This requires a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Recruitment Strategies: The Recruitment Supervisor will develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs. This requires a deep understanding of the industry, adaptability, and the ability to think creatively.
- Client Expertise: The Recruitment Supervisor will provide expert recruitment insights and guidance to clients across multiple sectors, enabling them to make informed hiring decisions. This involves staying up to date with industry trends and best practices and having a strong understanding of the client's specific needs and challenges.
- Internal Collaboration: The Recruitment Supervisor will collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives, fostering a unified approach to talent acquisition. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Candidate:
A bachelor’s or diploma degree.
4 years of experience and above.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in using office computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with caution and professionalism.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
