Job Title: Recruitment Specialist.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail hiring and a passion for talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions.
• Source and screen candidates for various retail roles.
• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements.
• HADAF/Tawteem/Tamheer/Ajeer hiring.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Experience in Qiwa contract and Iqama renewal, Iqama profession etc.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide insights on market trends and recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail hiring.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian labor market.
• Saudi National only.
