Job purpose:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for actively and proactively sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality skilled technicians and professional staff for the Company and its divisions, utilizing a variety of mediums, including recruitment websites, job boards, and social media.
The job holder will be responsible for the employment marketing initiatives, recruitment campaigns, internal referral programs, monitoring and submitting recruitment metrics reports and retention programs, lead and maintaining the career portal design and implementation
Collate Manpower Plan using report generated from the annual Manpower Forecasting exercise. Receives and processes Personnel Requisition Forms (PRF) and checks whether the position requested is as per the departmental budget.
Develops recruitment workflow and procedures based on process engineering to ensure efficient and smooth processes.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
Track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source of hire.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
