Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and key competencies for each role.
- Conduct role intake meetings to align on job requirements, success profiles, budget, timeline, and interview format.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.
- Ensure hiring practices are structured, fair, and consistent to support equitable decision-making.
Sourcing & Talent Intelligence:- Use advanced sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, events, and networks) to engage both passive and active talent.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage data and talent market insights to advise hiring managers on trends, salary benchmarks, and role positioning.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:- Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience that reflects the club’s values and culture.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Promote Al-Qadsiah’s employer brand through consistent messaging, campaigns, and ambassadorial representation in recruitment events.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to candidates when appropriate.
Reporting & Process Optimization:- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications, record interview feedback, and ensure process transparency.
- Understand and adhere to SLA's and recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- Continuously recommend and implement improvements to sourcing channels, interview frameworks, and onboarding workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration:- Advise hiring managers on interview planning, structured evaluation, and best practices for unbiased assessments.
- Work on workforce planning, onboarding alignment, and retention strategies.
- Support diversity and inclusion goals by sourcing from diverse talent pools and reducing hiring bias across all stages.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a high-performance environment.
- Proven success sourcing and hiring across various functions (operations, marketing, support roles, etc.).
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern hiring tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills (Arabic & English).
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or large-scale events industries.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor law and local hiring practices.
- Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment initiatives.
- CIPD, SHRM, or Talent Acquisition Related Certificate.
