Job description

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This is a critical role, as our success depends on hiring the right people to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment channels.
  7. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
  8. Provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

Qualifications and Skills :
