You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding successful candidates. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications
