The Recruitment and Training Officer is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting the learning and development needs of the organization. This role ensures that all staffing requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner in alignment with the approved manpower plan, while also developing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee performance and organizational growth. The officer works closely with department managers to plan, execute, and evaluate recruitment strategies and training initiatives, including internal staff development and student internship programs.
