Job Summary:
As a Recruitment and Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, analyzing candidate data, and enhancing the work environment. You will contribute to improving employee satisfaction and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
️Analyze candidate information and data to ensure accuracy and completeness of required documents.
️Ensure all applicant data is entered into the electronic system and files are archived.
️Implement workforce planning and recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures.
️Review and screen job applications, selecting suitable candidates based on the approved job description.
️Contribute to supporting recruitment campaigns at universities, colleges, institutes, and job fairs.
️Prepare and coordinate job advertisements, job offers, and interviews.
️Manage recruitment platforms.
️Assist in preparing job descriptions.
️Provide the following reports:
️Time-to-hire rate
️Cost of the hiring process
️Update annual/monthly recruitment plan schedule
️Number of suitable resumes for the job
️Number of interviews
️Number of advertisements
️Number of phone interviews
️Number of in-person/online interviews
️Number of rejected interviews
️Number of job offers
Employee Relations:
️Organize employee and company events and activities.
️Work on increasing employee satisfaction and improving the work environment.
️Manage employee benefits file (discounts, bonuses, recognitions).
️Establish meeting sessions and raise awareness.
️Manage internal initiatives.
️Enhance effective communication between management and employees and resolve conflicts.
️Conduct investigations.
️Ensure HR policies are correctly implemented.
️Conduct exit interviews.
️Activate survey questionnaires.
️Activate the new employee orientation program.
️Provide the following reports:

Required Skills & Qualifications
Recruitment and Employee Relations Specialist:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5+ years of experience in internal and external recruitment, as well as employee relations.
Professional certifications such as SHRM A/CHRM or CIPD HR level 3.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
Teamwork skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in English.
