Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter Team Leader to oversee and guide our recruitment team. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of top talent aligned with organizational needs and values. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid recruitment experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both white- and blue-collar positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create recruitment plans.
  • Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Monitor labor market trends and recommend sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on performance and productivity.
  • Handle escalations, resolve challenges, and ensure timely decisions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct training sessions for the recruitment team.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, policies, and ethical standards.
  • Represent the company professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
