Position Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Ejadah/Mustaqbali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Key Accountability Areas:

1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers on manpower planning and hiring, determining selection criteria.
2. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
3. Utilize all available methods to source suitable candidates to fill open job vacancies.
4. Pre-screen candidates, ensuring they meet role specifications.
5. Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support the organization’s business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
