Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at ISC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Sourcing, and Selection skills
• Experience with candidate screening and interviewing
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in the BPO or CX management sector is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
