A leading school in Al Shamal is seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to manage front desk responsibilities and provide support to the administration team. The role includes welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and performing various clerical tasks. Ideal candidates will possess strong language skills in Arabic and English along with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
To support teachers and school administrators:
· Reception and hospitality towards visitors to the school, offering warmth and promoting a welcoming image.
· Ensuring all visitors are signed in and out of the school.
· Escorting visitors around the premises when necessary.
· Handling all the telephone and email enquiries from professional agencies, parents and others.
· Take and relay messages and answering questions from parents and visitors.
· Photocopying, laminating, filing, binding, collating, etc.
· Organise meetings and prepare appropriate paperwork.
· Control inventory relevant to reception area.
· Tidy and maintain the reception area.
· Assisting other Office Staff with administrative tasks.
· Preparation of letters and assorted internal documents.
· Undertake additional responsibilities subject to the needs of the school.
· Taking fee payments.
· Helping with Registration and adding events to school calendar.
· Helping with non-sensitive HR work.
· Emailing school related correspondence to parents as necessary.
· To help with Late Registrations.
· To provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to Senior Administrative Officers, Senior Leadership Team and teaching staff. To act as a first point of reference or ambassador for the school when meeting parents and other visitors, as required.
· Provide general confidential administrative service to SLT, Senior Administrative Officers and other staff to include word processing, correspondence, maintain general and confidential filing systems, and provide hospitality, as required.
· Provide daily support to school personnel, such as ordering school supplies, generating letters and reports, and arranging meetings.
· To help with Late Registrations.
· Prepare refreshments when needed.
· Prepare and print Parent ID’s
· Buying refreshment supplies for Staff.
· Ordering stationary supplies.
· Preparing School tour packs.
· Assisting front desk when needed.
· Filing.
· Assisting in Uniform shop when needed.
· Printing and laminating when needed.
· Assisting in Library when needed.
· Creating access to GL Assessments and printing of reports.
· Other duties as required.
