We are seeking aReceptionistto be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at ACT Center Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional, warm, and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Maintain the front desk and waiting area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Coordinate with therapists and administrative staff to manage daily schedules and client bookings.
- Handle client check-in and check-out, including payments and invoices when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client records and sensitive information in line with clinic policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide information about ACT Center services and refer clients to the appropriate staff as needed.
- Support in handling urgent or last-minute bookings efficiently and professionally.
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish and Arabic.
- Saudi nationality (as per local employment requirements).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a busy clinic environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- Background in psychology, healthcare, or wellness services is preferred but not required.
- willing to work the evening shift (1pm-9pm)
