Job description

Principal Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome visitors in person and via telephone, greeting, answering, screening, and directing them to the appropriate department or official.
  2. Refer visitors to employees and department directories.
  3. Log outgoing personal and official overseas calls.
  4. Take and relay messages to employees via extensions or MS Teams.
  5. Handle or forward visitor/caller queries.
  6. Monitor visitor movements and maintain security awareness.
  7. Weigh and log outgoing company mails.
  8. Prepare courier documentation, segregate documents for branches, and send through Supply Chain.
  9. Sort incoming mails, couriers, and parcels; hand over to the office boy for distribution and keep records.
  10. Manage conference room bookings.
  11. Maintain the reception area's upkeep.
  12. Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  13. Verify business and personal calls and prepare monthly statements for employee salary deductions.
  14. Receive, sort, and forward faxes to relevant departments or individuals.
  15. Perform any other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a Diploma, preferably in English, Business Studies, or Office Administration.
  • Has relevant experience of up to 2 years.
  • Proficient in formal written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Outlook.
  • Saudi national.
