Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Reception control during absence (lunch time, prayer time)
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
  • File and maintain records as assigned.
  • Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers and the public.
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments.
  • Provide information about UFC GYM such as location and services.
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail or facsimile machine.
  • Report any strange issues to the Club General Manager.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned or required.
