Overview:

The Receivable Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and accurate record-keeping to maintain healthy cash flow and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all receivables and payments.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams on payment issues.
  • Prepare monthly aging reports and support financial audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
  • Membership in SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
