A leading real estate development company in North Riyadh is announcing a job opening for the position of:Sales Specialist

• Adhere to the companys policies and procedures, and collaborate with the team to build strong relationships and ensure successful sales operations.
• Seek new sales opportunities through prospecting, calls, and emails.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and reach the target audience in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Deliver the best customer experience in line with the highest quality standards.
• Direct qualified leads to the appropriate team members for sales closure.
• Continuously update the database of potential and existing clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate field.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using computers and sales-related software.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
