Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing

Candidate Requirements:

1. Resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
2. 10+ years of practical experience in marketing real estate development
3. Proficiency in administrative leadership and computer skills
4. Ability to organize and effectively direct marketing operations and leadership skills
5. Experience in studying and analyzing markets
6. Knowledge of different marketing methods
7. Iqama must be transferable for residents; valid passport required for candidates outside the Kingdom
8. Worked as a Sales Manager for 5 - 10 years in a real estate development company (ownership and cash sales)
