Capture high-quality still photographs of residential and commercial properties for listings, marketing materials, and online platforms.

Produce cinematic promotional videos that showcase property features, amenities, and surrounding areas.

Operate drones to capture aerial photography and video, offering unique perspectives of properties and neighborhoods.

Create engaging and immersive 360° virtual tours and walkthroughs to enhance the online property viewing experience

Edit photos and videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to ensure optimal color, lighting, and presentation

Stitch panoramic images and process virtual tour content using platforms like Matterport.

Client & Project Management

Coordinate with real estate agents, property owners, and marketing teams to schedule shoots and ensure property readiness.

Ensure timely delivery of media assets, often under tight deadlines.

Equipment & Technical Operations

Maintain and operate professional camera equipment, lighting kits, drones, and stabilization tools.
