About Our Client

Responsibilities

1. Identify and evaluate potential locations for company expansion.
2. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess location potential.
3. Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with property owners.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure site selections align with business strategy.
5. Work with architects and contractors on site layouts and approvals.
6. Monitor real estate market trends and provide insights for strategic planning.
7. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agencies.
8. Manage the site acquisition process, including legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Oversee real estate budgets and ensure cost-effective site acquisitions.

The Successful Applicant
