Position Overview
As the RCM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospital’s revenue cycle, from patient registration and billing to claims management and collections. You will play a critical role in improving financial performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle operations including patient registration, charge capture, billing, coding, insurance verification, and collections.
• Analyze revenue cycle metrics and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce denials.
• Oversee the integrity and compliance of billing and coding practices.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing.
• Monitor payer trends, contract compliance, and reimbursement policies.
• Manage and mentor RCM team members, set KPIs, and drive performance.
• Implement and maintain RCM technologies and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, CCHI, NPHIES, and insurance regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare group.
• Deep understanding of CCHI, NPHIES, and insurance claims processes in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with hospital information systems (e.g., HIS, ERP, EMR).
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding, and payer reimbursement models.
