Partner with the best

As a Cladder you will carry out cladding on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You\'ll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.

As a Cladder, you will be responsible for:

  • Joining and fabricating metal and other well-head products through applying appropriate welding techniques.

  • Interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process to ensure a standard of quality.

  • Welding commonly used metals and alloys of varying size, shapes, thicknesses, including dissimilar metals to ensure quality finish.

  • Setting up, monitoring and operating multiple machines simultaneously to ensure safety and on-time delivery.

  • Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance

  • Conducting safety and risk assessment and preparing preventive and proactive measures to identify potential hazards.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have high school or Diploma in Welding.

  • Have working experience as a Cladding Operator Specially with API 6A Product with at least 2 years.

  • Have ability to read and understand English. Should be able to read - understand Engineering drawing, welding symbols and WPS.

  • Familiar with Fronius & Arc Specialties Equipment’s

  • Have ability to learn from mistake, hardworking, able to work in shift under pressure.

  • Have ability to take proper corrective actions to produce sound welds and learn from mistakes.

  • Have ability to raise maintenance request for any major equipment breakdown.
