Job Purpose: Contribute to the development and enhancement of new and existing products by executing advanced 3D modeling, producing detailed engineering documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ensure product designs meet functional, production, and quality requirements while complying with applicable standards and internal procedures.
Key Accountability Areas:
- 3D Modeling and Technical Design: Develop precise 3D models based on approved conceptual designs to translate product ideas into manufacturable outputs. Prepare comprehensive manufacturing and assembly drawings to ensure accurate and efficient fabrication on the shop floor. Generate detailed bills of materials and accurately determine material quantities to support procurement and production planning.
- Production and Quality Support: Provide hands-on support to production teams during assembly by resolving technical issues and offering design clarification. Assist the quality control team by ensuring that all product features meet dimensional and functional specifications during inspection. Collaborate with the testing team to support prototype evaluation and confirm product reliability, safety, and performance under testing conditions. Analyze feedback from production, quality, testing, and customer inputs to propose and implement design improvements for future iterations.
- Testing and Documentation: Participate in factory acceptance testing of newly developed products to verify compliance with technical specifications and functional criteria. Compile, update, and organize complete documentation packages throughout the design and development lifecycle, in line with company procedures and audit requirements. Ensure all design inputs, modifications, and testing outcomes are accurately recorded and traceable to maintain full transparency and control.
- Standards and Procedural Compliance: Apply a strong understanding of internal production processes and order execution procedures to ensure seamless integration of designs into manufacturing operations. Ensure all developed designs adhere to applicable national and international standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Stay current with updates to relevant standards and proactively incorporate revisions into new or existing product designs to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field.
Work Experience: 2 to 4 Years.
