Principal Accountabilities- Assist chemists in sampling incoming raw materials and finished products following sampling guidelines.
- Support chemists in inspecting raw and packaging materials (including vehicle inspections if needed) and analyzing finished products (sample grinding, lab ware readiness).
- File RM inspection reports and weak link reports, and distribute them after signatures.
- Help maintain lab cleanliness.
- Assist chemists with development project requirements.
- Maintain reference samples of raw materials and finished products.
- Handle incidences related to raw materials and finished products, including isolating and labeling hold pallets.
- Participate in continual improvement of the OH&S Management System, ensuring hazard controls and compliance with legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS, and EHS standards.

- Lab cleanliness
- Timely issuance of reports (no sampling delays)
QualificationsExperience/Competencies RequiredA diploma degree (preferably in chemistry) is required. Additional competencies include:
- Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing plant’s lab (waived for candidates with a strong attitude and eagerness to learn).
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
