Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for quality checks from incoming raw materials up to finished goods before delivery to customers.
2. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 QMS system across all manufacturing processes.
3. Attend to customer complaints and perform diagnosis of issues.
4. Prepare Customer Complaint Analysis reports.
5. Participate in periodic monthly meetings with external auditors such as UL and implement UL procedures and requirements.
6. Visit new and existing vendors for audits.
7. Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments and review whether to retain or replace them.
8. Prepare Certificates of Conformity and submit them to customers.
9. Implement ISO 9001:2015 in the company and handle internal and external audits.
10. Prepare Material Withdrawal Slips (MWS) and submit to finance for creating delivery notes and invoices.
11. Implement Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives in areas such as Safety, Energy, Environment, Cost, Delivery, Quality, and 5S.

Skills

• Manufacturing experience is a must.
• Good command of the English language.
