Job Introduction:
This role supports the development of quality and food safety systems by collaborating with cross functional departments to understand their needs and ensure all processes meet required standards. It involves managing documents, handling audits, tracking quality data, and helping maintain compliance with certifications like BRC, FSSC 22000, HALAL, and YUM. The goal is to support continuous improvement and strong communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus role for the document development and work closely with the cross functions to identify their needs and cascade to the system manager.
- Assisting for the procedures and policies related to the BRC, FSSC 22000, HALAL, YUM standards.
- Reporting and creating the master database, trend analysis and follow up with the team for internal audit system findings and pending, closed, open tasks.
- Reporting for the consumer complaints and become part of the QSR communications channels for quality matter, complaints, improvements etc. and establish the bridge between QA production, engineering, supply chain
- Market feedback data base, food services feedback database, sensory evaluation database.
- Laboratory trends analysis database.
- Support and assisting for every single document to be controlled in operations and password protected and every stake holder's acknowledgement to ensure they understand the procedures.
- Support and maintain specific procedures for auditing products and monitor to ensure compliance and continuing improvement within product quality/food safety programs.
- Worked with QA lead for the development, implementation, and monitoring of company's quality/food safety initiatives.
- General oversight of QA laboratory operation and personnel, as well as entire food safety management systems throughout facility.
- Collaborate with legal and corporate food safety to ensure regulatory compliance for all processing facilities in North America.

- Accumulate and communicate all pertinent data related to product quality levels on a timely basis to the Merchandising and Procurement Departments.
- Conducted product quality audits with inspectors to ensure products met company specifications as well as SFDA and International Guidance.
- Administered out-of-specification investigations and recommended corrective actions.
- Managed GMP regulated quality assurance department to ensure all raw materials and finished products met quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Quality Management, or related field.
- +6 years of relevant experience in QA
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill

- Audit supporting - BRC, ISO 22000, ISO:9001, ISO:17025, ISO14005, Yum, Panda, Carrefour, HALAL, SFDA, MODON Compliance with regulations
