- Supervising quality assurance/control processes from incoming materials to finished goods
- Overseeing QA/QC core functions: measuring, recording, and reporting dimensional, functional, and visual attributes as per specified requirements
- Monitoring data analysis and control (TIG/CAQ)
- Creating and managing quality specifications such as inspection plans, drawings, and packaging instructions, including reviews
- Maintaining customer-approved color samples for each SKU
- Defining internal specification limits in collaboration with the production department
- Coordinating trials and evaluations with relevant departments
- Handling all internal complaints (Non-conformity records = NCR)
- Supervising outsourced testing and calibration activities
- Preparing reports in the customer complaints handling tool (CCH tool)
- Maintaining laboratory equipment in working condition
Safety Awareness
- Implementing safety concepts in compliance with local regulations
People Management
- Conducting quality meetings
- Planning, directing, and assigning duties to quality personnel
- Ensuring effective internal and external communication
- Preparing shift schedules maintaining skill level balance across shifts
- Assessing training needs and ensuring training execution
- Preparing monthly Quality Performance KPI reports
- Reporting QA key figures in eMis for monthly closing
- Representing the QA team during operational meetings, including KPI updates
What makes you great
Education/Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry with a quality background
- Additional qualifications/certifications in quality are a plus
Experience
- Experience in plastics blow molding or injection molding
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- At least 3 years in a management position within the plastics industry
- Experience handling quality lab equipment and chemical measurements
- Experience assisting with quality system audits and reports
- Proficiency in statistical analysis

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, numerical, and statistical skills

- Personality with a quality-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Physical ability to bend and stand for up to 12 hours
