Responsibilities

Contribute to TSI strategic planning by providing insights into quality enhancement and program development.

Determine Key Performance Indicators for all TSI sections.

Report and follow up on TSI quality KPIs.

Support defined improvement projects.

Prepare, present, and maintain documents and specialized reports.

Research and analyze relevant criteria, data, and metrics that support continuous improvement initiatives.

Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements for accreditation.

Promote a culture of quality.

Implement related tasks as required by TSI

Contribute to TSI strategic planning by providing insights into quality enhancement and program development.

Determine Key Performance Indicators for all TSI sections.

Report and follow up on TSI quality KPIs.

Support defined improvement projects.

Prepare, present, and maintain documents and specialized reports.

Research and analyze relevant criteria, data, and metrics supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
