Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifier et conduire des projets d'amélioration continue par l'analyse de données.
• Effectuer des inspections de produits et créer des jeux de données pour repérer des tendances.
• Supporter le responsable qualité dans la fixation des objectifs.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer who will ensure quality requirements for the organization. The role involves identifying and driving continuous improvement projects through data analysis, inspections, and testing. The Quality Engineer actively promotes quality awareness within the organization by providing training and sharing best practices. They support the Quality Manager in deploying KONE’s quality strategy, governance, and goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Prioritize quality performance improvements based on data analysis
• Use continuous improvement methodologies to investigate non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Create and analyze large datasets from multiple platforms to identify trends
• Support the Quality Manager in target setting
• Perform in-process or product inspections, execute measures, tests, sampling, and other procedures to ensure requirements are met
• Maintain and update quality records as per procedures
• Share knowledge on quality methodologies and tools, developing organizational capability
• Support internal and external audits
• Coordinate preventive and corrective actions within her/his area

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the Elevators & Escalators industry in a similar role
• Quality Certificate ISO 9001 (recommended)
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Proficient in computer skills, including database management, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
