WSP is looking for a Quality Manager with 15 years of experience in overall responsibility of supervision, coordination of construction, inspection, testing and commissioning for a construction project based in Saudi Arabia.

Your new role, what's involved

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in quality management, preferably in the relevant industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing, oil & gas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality management frameworks.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
