Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement management plans and systems in compliance with the Enterprise Management System (EMS), considering location-specific, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure personnel are trained in plan requirements and can access and apply systems, procedures, and reference materials via EMS, WPMP, and Knowledge Communities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality planning, process controls, and verification arrangements, ensuring they meet criticality, statutory, and contractual obligations.
  • Plan and oversee design control, verification, validation, and review activities.
  • Coordinate vendor assessment and inspection activities.
  • Manage construction inspection and testing activities.
  • Oversee non-conformance, corrective, and preventive actions management processes.
  • Establish and maintain a risk-based assessment program.
  • Lead Management Review Programs, including performance measurement, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications and industry experience in quality management, HSE, or integrity management.
  • Understanding of quality management principles and systems improvement.
  • Experience working at project sites, especially in remote field areas.
