Key Activities

Quality Inspection and Testing

1. Conduct inspection activities on received materials against specifications/standards and raise rejects to the Quality Manager for action in case of mismatches, using approval and concession forms and processes.
2. Perform first-off inspection after pilot runs to ensure conformity with specifications and standards, and approve subsequent production runs.
3. Identify and resolve issues with pilot products, re-run first-off production as needed, and conduct a second inspection to ensure issues are resolved within the production line.
4. Conduct random inspections during production to verify operator control systems, ensure products meet specifications, and reject mismatched products, reporting to the production foreman.
5. Implement superficial inspections to match final products against specifications prior to moving tags from the production line to the warehouse.
6. Re-inspect reworked products to ensure they meet specifications and validate disposal of scrapped products for proper material tracking.

Warranty Cases

1. Participate in customer site visits to address warranty cases and identify root causes either on-site or within AIC grounds upon product delivery.
2. Prepare analysis reports on warranty cases and communicate findings to ensure the AIC service team addresses customer complaints.
3. Inspect disassembled products, identify root causes, and report to the production manager to resolve warranty issues.

1. Follow all relevant quality policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
2. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices, considering leading practices, business process enhancements, cost reductions, and productivity improvements.
3. Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes, and procedures within AIC.

Safety, Health, and Environment

1. Comply with all safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and controls to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
2. Participate in incident and accident investigations as required, following safety policies and procedures.
3. Report changes within AIC that may impact safety, health, or environmental management policies and procedures.
