Job description

Role Summary:

As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and managing quality control programs and procedures. Your work will translate customer specifications and industry standards into product and process criteria through effective control plans. You will address daily production quality challenges within the manufacturing plant, customer sites, and supplier facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with production teams to plan and execute inbound and in-process quality checks

Manage relationships with customers and third-party inspectors

Participate in external supplier quality testing and audits

Engage in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives

Monitor product KPIs and lead root cause corrective actions to close quality gaps

Oversee customer witness inspections

Analyze and maintain quality data to inform management and stakeholders

Raise awareness among leadership about quality opportunities and how to realize them

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality control issues

Provide customers with all required documentation per QAP, coordinating internally to close queries

Lead HSE activities at the Yanbu site, reporting violations and driving improvements through corporate platforms

Maintain and review HSE policies and procedures to ensure site compliance, lead toolbox meetings, and conduct safety walks

Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Experience in a quality control environment

Understanding of product and process flows

Strong organizational abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BS or BA degree in a relevant field or 0–2 years of related experience
