You will play a key role in driving a quality-first mindset across the organization and ensuring testing aligns with both business goals and software development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions and workshops on quality assurance practices, software testing methodologies, and tools.
• Mentor and support teams in adopting quality engineering best practices.
• Lead the definition, implementation, and enforcement of QA standards across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
