Implementing and maintaining quality management systems in compliance with regulatory standards.
Leading quality improvement initiatives for medical device manufacturing processes.
Leading and participating in internal/external quality audits.
Determining root causes of quality issues and developing corrective actions.
Supporting cross-functional teams in product development and process optimization.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in scientific discipline, Quality Management, or a related field AND relevant job-related experience.
• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001) and audit experience.
• Experience in quality assurance and quality control within the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.

Work location:

Travel to Solventum Industrial Plant at Dammam 3rd industrial city at least 4 days per week is required.
