Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and production, to incorporate quality feedback into product development stages.
Lead root cause analysis for product failures, recommending corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid future issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of quality processes, test results, and compliance audits to facilitate transparency and accountability.
Conduct rigorous testing of products and processes, analyzing results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Utilize statistical analysis tools to monitor quality trends and support data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality specifications and performance criteria.
Participate in product design reviews to provide insights on manufacturability and quality considerations.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within a manufacturing or technology environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams while also taking initiative to drive individual projects forward.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate quality findings and influence stakeholders.
Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments, with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and development.
