Job description

Role Purpose: To inspect and monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards and report any deviations.
• Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and collaborate with production staff to address and resolve them promptly.
• Document inspection results, test data, and findings accurately to support traceability and quality reporting.
• Perform tests on finished products to verify quality attributes, ensuring they meet established specifications before release.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, or non-compliance with quality standards to the Quality Supervisor for corrective actions.
• Assist in calibrating and maintaining quality control equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability during inspections.
• Participate in quality audits and assist with internal assessments to ensure compliance with quality management systems and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
• Comply with established GMP and Hygiene norms along with implementation of Cleaning & Sanitation requirements
• Support and implement the Food Safety requirements as applicable and report any food safety near misses for necessary action
• Desired familiarity the SAP data entry

Role Requirements

• Minimum Science Bachelor&aposs Degree.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and testing methods.
• Proficiency in quality control tools and basic testing equipment
