Job description

Quality Control Supervisor (ISO 9001/2015-CAPA)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Quality or a related field required understanding of basic QMS clauses and activities required by ISO standards.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the quality field required that includes the following:

  1. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisor or lead role.
  2. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Navision Dynamics MRP system is a plus.
  4. Experience in performing internal audits, continuous improvement and MRR (Material review records/ Non-conforming material forms). Knowledge of or experience in QMS continuous improvement skills such as Six Sigma, Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

- Must be a strong leader in a team, be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others.
- Must be able to multitask and time manage multiple projects concurrently is key.

- Problem solving aptitude to accurately define, analyze, break down, and solve complex problems or breakdowns in a process or the QMS.
- Must be able to delegate and manage workload within the department.
- Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment during this time of rapid growth.
- Very good in spoken and written English.
