Job Description and Requirements

You should have a university degree or equivalent with at least seven years of inspection experience, or a high school diploma with ten years of inspection experience. A minimum of three years should be directly related to supervising construction activities within the scope of work, such as oil, gas, petrochemical projects, infrastructure, or communication projects. Previous Aramco approval and passing the CBT are required.

Mission

• Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
• Assist the Project Quality Manager (PQM) / Quality Control Manager (QCM) in supervising project quality control activities.
• Report project information and data to PQM/QCM following corporate guidelines.
• Act as the focal point for quality control matters within the project, liaising with external entities.

Tasks

• Support the definition of the Project Quality Control System and the development of quality control plans and procedures.
• Assist in planning and allocating QC supervisor functions across the project.
• Review Quality Control Plans and verify inspections and tests are conducted per plans.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, identification, traceability, and handling of materials and equipment.
• Verify the implementation of inspection, control, and test notification processes.
• Check that documentation certifies tests, controls, and inspections are properly carried out and recorded.
• Ensure proper application of quality tools and procedures.
• Provide support in interfacing with the client and third parties.
• Train site personnel on QC topics.
• Manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Verify the preparation of the quality section of the final dossier.
• Collect and analyze QC data for project review and lessons learned.
• Report QC information to PQM/QCM using corporate tools.
