Quality Control - Manager

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee and manage the quality control processes within the company. The role involves ensuring that products meet required standards, implementing quality management systems, and leading the quality control team to maintain high product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• QMS Management: Determining a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance,and quality control and improvement.
• Process Improvement and Reporting: Creating procedural and process changes to enhance how the product or service is developed and delivered.
• Subcontractors / Supplier Evaluation: Define criteria for evaluating and qualifying subcontractors/suppliers
• People Management Build, manage and motivate the staff members towards team development and exemplary performance to maximize productivity and harmony.
• Safety And Housekeeping Maintain the required standards of Safety and Housekeeping in his assigned workarea to minimize or prevent loss of company properties or assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• ASQ certification in CQM/OE, CQA, and CQE is desirable
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, and exposure to ERP.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 compliant quality system, quality audits, regulatory compliance
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the implementation of process/performance improvement initiatives
• Experience in root cause analysis SPC, TQM, FMEA, 5S, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing tools
• Structural steel fabrication experience in Transmission & Telecom towers is an advantage

Experience:

• More than 10 years of work experience
• Preferably from steel fabrication and construction industries
• Excellent communication skills in English, and Arabic.
