On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and manage quality systems, process improvements, and compliance initiatives across operations. An exciting opportunity with a leading player in the pre-engineered buildings and steel fabrication industry in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and client-specific requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and management reviews to ensure product and process compliance.
• Monitor and improve quality performance, address customer complaints, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Guide process improvement initiatives using tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Kaizen, 5S, and SPC.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier quality evaluations in coordination with procurement teams.
• Provide leadership to the quality team, manage KPIs, develop SOPs, and ensure ongoing staff development.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards in accordance with company policy.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Certifications: ASQ CQM/OE, CQE, or CQA (preferred)
• Experience: 10+ years in quality management, ideally in steel fabrication or construction

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
