Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Controller with experience in aluminum and wood manufacturing or a related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products and raw materials meet the company’s quality standards through inspection, testing, and documentation. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor incoming raw materials to ensure they comply with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct in-process and final product inspections in alignment with established quality control procedures.
• Utilize various measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product dimensions, finishes, and tolerances.
• Document inspection results and prepare detailed quality reports for management review.
• Identify and report any non-conformities or quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure quality awareness and compliance across all stages.
• Support the implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to track data, prepare presentations, and maintain records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Controller or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Background in aluminum and wood manufacturing or a closely related industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, testing procedures, and relevant ISO or industry certifications.
• Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment or with Six Sigma practices.
