Job description

Job Role:

Inspecting and reporting incoming and outgoing materials discrepancies to the concerned department.

Maintaining inspection reports.

Receiving customer complaints from sales and attending to them.

Monitoring and ensuring that all incoming materials are stored and handled as per IMS procedure.

Conducting TOOLBOX talks with workers/foreman as a preventive action to eliminate repetitive discrepancies and avoid accidents.

Non-conforming products identification and shifting to quarantine area.

Submission of actual MTC as per order for customer approval.

Coordinating with the mill for revising the MTC in case of not meeting standard requirements.

Maintaining calibration records of the instruments used.

Executing Internal Audit for our Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Following quality service standards and ensuring all employees comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Assisting Quality / ISO representative during external audits.

Maintaining records of all relevant international standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

7+ years of working experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities.

Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018) Internal Auditor.

Fluent written/spoken English.

Handled ISO, UL, FM, BSI, CE Audits & other customer audits.

Interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to assess risks and hazards and make effective recommendations for action and correction.

Experience in Document control.

IT literate – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word essential.

KSA Driving license.

Knowledge of ISO documentation standards.

Thorough knowledge of procedures of ISO certified company.

Ability to work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment.

Training experience desirable.

Knowledge of the steel industry.

Authority/License: Approve or reject incoming and outgoing material, sign off internal audits.

External Stakeholders and Customers, across the group - Management, yard operation, HR & Admin. Good, Transparent & Trustworthy.
