Job summary

A leading quality-focused food company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Quality Control (Fresh Food) professional. The role involves ensuring the quality, freshness, and safety of fruits and vegetables from receiving to display, in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities include inspecting products, monitoring storage conditions, and maintaining high quality standards. Candidates must have experience in fresh food quality control, knowledge of food safety standards, and strong attention to detail. Certification in food safety is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fresh food quality control with a focus on fruits and vegetables.
  • Understanding of food safety standards including HACCP.
  • Attention to detail and strong judgment are critical.
