About The Role

As the Country Quality Head / Qualified Person (CQH/QP) for Saudi Arabia, you will lead the implementation of a high-performing Quality System ensuring all healthcare products and services meet safety and compliance standards. Your leadership will impact how we serve consumers by embedding quality in every operation—from product development to commercialization. You will collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams to maintain inspection readiness and foster a quality-centric culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain a robust Quality System across all GxP and health-regulated activities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned with global standards and local regulations.
  • Oversee development, use, and maintenance of local quality documents; ensure staff training.
  • Support audit readiness, manage inspections, and collaborate with global and local functions.
  • Coordinate audit strategies based on risk and regulatory requirements; act as an auditor when needed.
  • Analyze audit findings, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to embed quality into all business and digital initiatives.

About You

  • Experience: Proven track record in quality assurance or regulatory roles within healthcare or pharmaceuticals, including GxP responsibilities.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Technical expertise: Knowledge of quality systems, audits, document management, regulatory inspections.
  • Education: Degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
