Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing policies, procedures, and work instructions according to (BRCGS – SQMS – YUM – RBI! Bk – ISO 22000)
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
- Hold out the external communication process with 2nd and 3rd parties concerning the external audits, arrange, follow up and communicate with all departments the external audits plan (BRCGS – SQMS – SWA – YUM – RBI! Bk – ISO 22000 – ISO 14001 – ISO 45001).
- Develop and follow up on food fraud and food defense plans.
- Lead the implementation of the food safety and quality culture plan on the site.
- Create a special periodic auditing system on suppliers for evaluation and follow up its implementation through an approved supplier list.
- Responsible for document control Program.
- HACCP Team Member (HACCP Coordinator) and participate in updating the HACCP Plan.
- Reviewing and approve artwork.
- Reviewing newsletter
- Implement & Follow-up the devices’ calibration plan.
- Implement traceability and mock recall exercises.
- Follow up the implementation of the corrective actions resulting from internal & external audits in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Ensure that all workers have sufficient training before joining the work.
- Take the corrective actions resulting from internal & external audits in coordination with the concerned departments and follow up its implementations.
- Prepare for any external audits carried out on the company by 2nd party or 3rd party e.g. (McDonald's - Americana - Burger King .... etc.) or donors or certification bodies or Farm Frites Global (Netherlands - Poland .... etc.).
- Ensure all legal standards are met.
- Establish a periodic auditing system on the plant and monitor its implementation which covers GMP - Food Safety. To obtain a safe product that suits all health requirements.
- Supervise Keeping records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
- Ensuring appropriate investigation of discrepancies, errors, complaints, failures, or adverse events requiring documented review and action.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (veterinary medicine, Agriculture, Pharmacy, , etc..)
- Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
- 1-4 years of experience in quality assurance or similar field.
