Job Title: QA/QC Engineer
Work Location: Abha, Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: 4 – 8 years
Job Purpose
To ensure that all construction and engineering activities meet the required quality standards, codes, and client specifications through effective implementation of QA/QC processes and inspection procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
- Review and implement quality assurance and control procedures in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test documentation, and quality records.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients regarding quality issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Verify the implementation of approved Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented for any non-conformances.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company QA/QC policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project quality performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Minimum of 4–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, codes, and inspection procedures (e.g., ISO, ASME, API, ASTM).
- Experience with inspection documentation, NCR handling, and audit preparation.
- Familiar with Aramco or equivalent client quality systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- Candidates must be available for ongoing or upcoming projects in Abha.
